Human Albumin TestingHuman Albumin has been manufactured starting from plasma units coming from the United States. These units have been analyzed and found non-reactive through the detection tests for Hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg), antibodies against human immunodeficiency viruses 1 and 2, HIV 1-2, and antibodies against Hepatitis C virus (HCV), using FDA licensed tests. Moreover, the pool of source plasma of fractionation from which the products come from has been analyzed and found non-reactive through the same techniques mentioned above.
